A family purchased this lot with the intent to build their first custom home. Meeting the homeowner for the first time in this backyard, we saw literally nothing but woods and reforestation.
Horizon brought in over 120 tons of fill soil and topsoil and completely transformed the layout of the backyard. Once the major grading job was complete, we added a leveled playground area and this one-of-a-kind fire pit area. We incorporated a mix of stone slab steps and large river rocks down the sides, in combination with a circular patio with a half sitting wall around the back. The Zentro fire pit insert is a nice upgrade, allowing the homeowner to place the steel lid on the pit without any concern for leaving a burning fire when turning in for the evening.
