After two failed (non-Angie’s List) contractors, we contacted Horizon Outdoor Design. Mike Cole got back to us almost immediately, made a thorough survey of the job and gave a realistic time and cost estimate. The crew showed up on time and worked with admirable efficiency and competence. They were very accommodating to our special requirements. This was such a positive experience compared to our previous work with other contractors.
