On this project, the old rotting deck was literally falling off the house and the timber retaining wall had begun to buckle and was failing badly.
Horizon created a new design that incorporated a new stone veneer wall with bluestone caps to replace the timber wall. A new deck with new layouts was created to transition between the kitchen door and the new patio. We built the new patio using thermal, cut and patterned blue stone. The patio incorporated a gas firepit, outdoor kitchen, LED lighting along with a secluded hot tub area with decking surrounding the hot tub.
